We deliver throughout Malaysia and Singapore, but additional charges may apply for Singapore shipment as we are based in Malaysia.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days for West Malaysia and Singapore, and 10 business days for East Malaysia.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

We will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

Yes, you can. However, we may not be able to follow your request/instructions if it is unreasonable. We will notify you if we were to not be able to fulfil your request/instructions.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days. We would prefer if you contact us before cancelling your order, our staffs will try their best to help you.

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods are in original packaging.
  • The goods are within the 7 days period from the day you received them.

Goods that are not eligible for a return are:

  • Goods which are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly
  • Goods which are damaged or deteriorate due to buyer’s improper handling

The returning goods can be both return by courier delivery or walk-in to our physical store at the same address.

The cost of returning the goods is of buyers’ responsibility.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods in good condition, using the same means of payment as you used for the order.

All shipment used GDEX delivery service by default, and PosLaju delivery service if GDEX is unavailable in your area.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Please note we do not ship on Sunday.
